Embodying our philosophy—rooted in nature, draped in art—this striking dusty lavender-grey ensemble from The First Bloom collection reimagines traditional layering. It masterfully balances a structured, sheer jacket with a deeply grounded, voluminous skirt, making it an exquisite choice for resort wear or intimate festive gatherings.

Product Details

  • The Sheer Overlay: An open-front, longline jacket crafted from a handwoven Kota Doria silk-cotton blend. It offers a beautifully weightless structure, an artisanal grid-like texture, and high side slits for unrestricted movement.

  • Matte Embroidery: The jacket is adorned with delicate Pita work (flattened Zari), featuring subtle, organic floral motifs blooming upwards from the hem.

  • The Crushed Lehenga & Bralette: A matching inner bralette and a heavily pleated skirt crafted from pure, hand-crushed Mulmul (muslin) cotton. This breathable fabric creates incredible volume and a fluid, micro-pleated drape.

  • Artisanal Block-Printed Borders: Replacing stiff metallic trims, the expansive hemline is anchored by a wide, intricate hand-block printed border in deep Glacier Gray and antique Pale Gold pigments.

  • Handcrafted Finishes: The skirt features a heavily gathered waist with an adjustable drawcord, finished with custom fabric tassels and unpolished earthy wooden beads.
