Every Aakdo piece is meticulously handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the intricate embroidery and premium construction, please allow 15 to 20 business days for your garment to be prepared in our Jaipur studio. Once dispatched, transit takes an additional 3 to 5 working days to reach your destination. Quality takes time, and we promise it is worth the wait.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on a partial payment basis. To confirm your COD order and initiate the crafting process, a nominal advance payment of ₹500 is required. The remaining balance can be paid directly to the courier upon delivery. To ensure a smooth delivery process, you will receive an OTP via SMS/WhatsApp to verify your order at checkout.

To maintain the pristine quality, hygiene, and intricate craftsmanship of our garments, we do not accept returns or process refunds.

We completely understand that finding your perfect fit is essential. We proudly offer a one-time size exchange per order. If you need a different size, simply initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
